1. General Use

• All customers must follow café rules and staff instructions.

• Any form of misconduct, damage, or misuse of equipment will result in penalties or suspension from the premises.

• The café is not liable for any personal belongings lost or damaged on-site.

2. Booking & Payments

• All bookings are subject to availability.

• Prepaid sessions are non-refundable but may be rescheduled within 24 hours of the original time.

• Walk-ins are welcome but may experience wait times.

3. Game Time & Equipment

• Game time begins as per your booked or assigned session.

• Any technical issues should be reported immediately. Time may be paused if the issue is caused by our equipment.

• Do not tamper with café systems, game settings, or hardware.

4. Age Restrictions

• Some games may be restricted to certain age groups (based on ratings).

• ID may be required for certain mature-rated games.

5. Food & Drinks

• Outside food or drinks are not allowed.

• Only food and beverages purchased from the café may be consumed on-site.

6. Internet & Online Behavior

• Customers must use the internet responsibly and refrain from accessing inappropriate content.

• Toxic behavior, harassment, or online abuse will result in immediate ban.

7. Liability

• We are not responsible for any injury resulting from misuse of equipment or not following safety guidelines.

• Any damage caused to café property will be charged to the customer responsible.
